Why my script editor menu is grey and unable ?

Please check the picture and help me. Thanks for a lot. The menu is unable after I opened Visual Studio 2008. I unable to access the POWERGUI menu now.

There is a workaround in the fourth post (deleting *LayoutFile.xml files).

We have identified the problem and it should be fixed in the next PowerGUI release.
